    It used to be that the session fee was waived and you could use other coupons too. They changed it this year. It was a bit of a surprise when we went to take our yearly photos. Also, there are some significant quality issues stemming from not having enough experienced photographers. We always get the digital album, but many of our photos were off center to the point that one of our children would be cut out of a family picture or you could see the background stand onlinepletely in the frame. The girl also did not know how to interact with little kids and just stood their quietly snapping pictures. I was pretty bummed and asked if the other photographer would at least take a redo of the kids group photo, but they refused. This was the first time anything like that had happened, so I will probably give them another shot next year.
