   Hipwsave can you help me out? I reset my password and can log in fine though the website but when trying to log into the app it says “invalid credentials”. Shouldn’t the password be the same for both? I can no longer onlinement on the app because I can’t log in 🙁

  Oh no! So sorry for the issues, Tricia! You might make sure that your credentials aren’t auto-saved and showing up automatically on the app (sometimes my phone does that to me and doesn’t re-save a new password I’ve put in). You could also try deleting and re-installing the app then try logging in again. If still having trouble, you can send an email to us with all the details to [email protected]! Hoping one of the first ideas solves the issue for you! 🤞❤️
