I charged the battery while I was reading the directions. The setup was very easy. I set the cutting level to what I had with my old mower. I was very pleased that I didn’t have to worry about oil or gasoline! This mower did the job with ease! I own a riding mower, but I’m going to challenge myself to just use this one, certainly for my front yard, but also for my back yard which is very large! I just turned 73, so mowing my lawn with this mower is going to beonlinee a part of my summer walking schedule! I haven’t used the trimmer or blower yet. Stay tuned! By the way, I also own the hedge trimmer, which is light and awesome to use. I can trim all of my hedges and still have battery life left!
I was hesitant about buying electric mowing equipment but I’m very pleased with them. The mower does use up the battery after about 15 minutes of mowing but the trimmer and blower don’t. The blower is really powerful and I also bought 2 more batteries and another charger and a chainsaw so I have gone onlinepletely battery-powered and no more gas. I won’t miss having to go get gas and mix it for my weed eater or saw and blower!
