I absolutely love this product. I can slice many vegetables really quickly. I have had many mandolin slicers in the past and hated them. I was was doubtful this one would work. However, since it is gravity fed it is amazing. It even onlinees with a little brush for cleaning.
I just purchased my 3rd one. I have one already and bought one as a gift. Now, I am getting one to have in our trailer. This is so easy to use and clean in the dishwasher. I feel safe using this. My favorite use is making french fries. I also like using it for cucumbers.
