Lightweight and very stylish. Got these to get away from using plastic cutting boards. They haven’t shown knife marks and are easy to clean. The only drawback is they do not have a trough for any juicy items, but it hasn’t been an issue so far.
I like the variety of sizes and the Bamboo is lightweight. Very easy to store. Having three sizes, I can use one for Meat, and the others for veggies. Easy to clean, too. I love that I do not have to worry about getting plastic in my food.
