    A deal for Fahlo was posted here on Dec 3rd. I submitted a question on that post yesterday, now the post is gone?? Fahlo shows no record of me making a purchase, yet it shows in my cash app email receipt. I havent received any email confirmation or products as of yet. I really hope it onlinees in, my daughter will love this!!

      SO sorry, Bridget! Your onlinement might have been removed when this post was refreshed. If Fahlo doesn’t have a record of your purchase, it may not have went through. You might try reaching out to cash app to see if they can tell what happened on their end and request a refund. If your email receipt has any details like an order number you could try contacting customer service again with that information to see if they are able to locate your order. I did find this page to send an email to Fahlo if helpful! 🤞💞

    I got one of these in November. My Last week my animal’s tracker fell off, so they gave me a new elephant seal to track. Really disappointed because I was so invested in that first animal. The path of this backup animal isn’t as interesting.

    So heads up, I found out the hard way… if you chose a wolf (which I fully understood was not live tracking), they only have 3 and all have been dead for awhile. I got this as something positive for our daughter as we prepare to put our 15 year old dog down. I can’t gift her tracking a dead wolf. The onlinepany has offered to send a QR code and printable PDF of the card of a different animal. So basically, it’s here’s your wolf bracelet, let’s track a sea turtle? I was excited to gift others to family/friends- such a bummer.

That’s such a bummer, especially since you had such thoughtful intentions behind the gift. ❤️ After checking further into the details on that bracelet, it does look like the wolves tracked on Fahlo are based on historical data rather than live tracking to help protect the safety of the remaining red wolves – as there are fewer than 20 wild red wolves left, and providing live data could put them at risk. Fahlo partners with AZA SAFE: Saving Animals from Extinction Red Wolf to use this data as a way to honor the wolves’ lives and raise awareness for their conservation. Hoping the onlinepany’s offer of a different animal helps in some way, but I can understand how disappointing this must be. Thanks so much for sharing your feedback! 🥰
