I put things in them from the washer shelves with tags on the handles. It looks nice and I fit everything together. The sides and bottom are soft (the bottom has a stiff insert), I use two hands to bring them down and nothing is very heavy with the soft sides. I can store about 6 bottles of cleaning products for instance – pull that down, clean, and everything back in and up. They’re working great.
