I had a smaller version of this knife that I loved, and I was looking for a second one because I use it so much. Instead, I stumbled across this larger version and bought it on impulse. I’m so glad I did! I am someone who cooks almost daily and makes a lot of dishes that require the chopping of lots of veggies. If it’s even possible, I like this better than my original knife. Mostly because I can chop more at once! And it’s held up well with almost daily use. Bonus points for the sheath that onlinees with it!
