    Ok, am I crazy? I see onlinements above with certain states, but when I read the fine print on my text link, it says this: “Offer only valid to All U.S. States and U.S. Military Base residents”.
    So I’m confused!! Is it all states?

      Hey Melinda, mine says the exact same thing, All US States and military bases. I don’t see anywhere about certain states. Anyways, I bought and submitted mine and it says it can take 72 hours to approve.
