Been using for around a month give or take. Always been a night owl no matter what. These most of the time help get me ready for bed. They cannot always keep me asleep. However, they do help me get to sleep much faster about 75% of the time. They are priced well, and the strawberry tastes like candy, not medicine so don’t eat the whole bottle! First one of the melatonin I have tried. The walnuts and a few other things never seemed to help. I still wake up a bit, but sometimes I get to sleep straight through. So for less than 10 bucks for a 4-month supply is well worth it. They are soft and chewy but not hard to chew. Some of my vitamins have been as chewy as almost frozen gristle. Worth a try to see if they work. Especially if you are using a more pricey brand.
