I am trying to buy this item and the Zap cloths that were in a previous post, to equal the $25+ to qualify for the free shipping option.
However, the p game case is fulfilled by amazon uk and charging $16 to ship.
Can I only be a prime member to snag this deal?

It looks like this is still charging $16 or more for shipping, even with a Prime account. Bummer!
