   I love Vionic! I ordered these last time you posted. Keep in mind they run about a whole size larger than normal. I sent mine back (after almost $10 return shipping and handling).

   I was able to get Navy in 9.5. I usually would have gone with 10 (sold out in all colors I wanted), but if they run big and since they are slides, I hope this will work. I have been trying to get rid of a Zulily credit I had from a return. Their Thanks!!

   I would love to give these a try but I’m concerned about the return policy. It’s looking like if these don’t fit and I need to return them, I’ll only get store credit and not my original form of payment back (minus 8.95 fee)? Can anyone who shops here regularly confirm this? I’ve never shopped here and like to have all the information before I make a purchase. Thank you!

  I think it really varies by situation and the customer service rep. Normally, yes, that’s the policy. However, once I ordered a top that was clearly midsized. I seriously think it was a child’s size large not an adult’s. I explained the situation and was credited in full on my credit card. They also reimbursed me for shipping to return it. Hope this helps.

   I seriously doubt these mules are real leather.

   To each his/her own, but to me these mules look very ugly; I wouldn’t wear them if they were free.

   I wish I loved these. I bought them the last time they were on Zulily and got an 8 which is what I normally wear in Vionic. But they’re either too big or too wide or something. ☹️ Vionics are my favorite and almost all of my shoes are either that brand or ones I can put my Vionic insoles in. lol.

  Yes same thing happened to me.
  It seems as though they sent me a wide instead of regular width.
  I own many vionics but the ones I ordered from zulilly definitely were odd sizes
