My Walmart had character backpacks for $3 and 5 piece character backpack sets for $4.

They scanned $6 at my Walmart but they had lunch boxes for only $2 super cute ones! And a bunch of other school supplies on clearance.

Since we have already started talking about Christmas. I want to add my hip tip. I get backpacks etc on clearance and “wrap” Christmas Presents in them for children, adding a tag and a bow, they make great gift bags. Sometimes I wrap a few things I put in there too.
