If you’ve been avoiding the task of cleaning your blinds, I’m sharing 5 different ways you can clean them. Regardless of the type of blinds you have, there’s a tip that will be sure to suit your needs and get the job done right.

With this handy tool, you’ll be able to kill two birds with one stone. The micro-fiber material will grip and clean the top and bottom of two blinds at the same time, which means you’ll get the job done twice as fast. 😉

5. Give super dirty blinds a bubble bath.

Yes, this technique is more extreme, but if your blinds need very deep cleaning, this is a great solution. Place them into the tub with some warm water, dish soap, swish them around, and wipe clean. For tough stains or grease, let them sit for about an hour. Make sure to let them dry before rehanging in your window.

Hip Tip: Most fabric blinds can also take baths, but will often need to be taken apart and restrung once dry, so check with the manufacturer beforehand.

Best thing to use – a lamb’s wool duster! They are about $10 at Home Depot. The dust sticks right to the lamb’s wool! The easiest and quickest way to clean – nothing wet required!

Found the blind duster at Dollar Tree for $1 last year. Will go back to check to see if they still have it in stock.
