Hi Kellie! Here is what I did find in the details –
“Find your AMC Stubs membership number, virtual card, stored credit cards and gift cards under the “Wallet” tab on your AMC Stubs Dashboard. ”

I renewed/upgrade and I got a confirmation thanking me and showing that my new expiration date it 07.31.19. That’s tomorrow. Ugh….. I had to e-mail customer service for them to fix it. Thank God I noticed and was able to email them right away. I’m sure they will fix it but just double check your confirmation when you get it. Thanks for a great deal 🙂

7/31/19 is actually TODAY, tomorrow is Aug 1! I’d double ck your email confirmation, maybe you were looking at the billing date? Mine shows expiration 7/31/2020.

My email receipt shows the same thing but the app shows a year from now. Maybe just a glitch but I’ll call them anyway.

I always renew my AMC premiere at this price….the rewards and the free online booking makes it totally worth it. If anyone is on the fence, i want to assure you that its worth it

It will extend one year from your previous membership. Mine expires in March 2020 and it extended to March 2021.

FYI….you can purchase more than once. I purchased three different transactions and it extended mine to March 2023.

If you order a large you’ll only pay for a medium.

When you order a large drink it just deducts the price difference between a regular and a large. I assume it works the same on popcorn, but I just get the bucket refills. Hope that helps!

We love our premiere membership! I just renewed at this rate eventhough I wasn’t due until March. It says I’ve been a member since 2015 and I’ve said $330. Totally worth it!

My email receipt shows it was purchased today and expires today. When I go into the app it shows it expires a year from now. I tried to call but it’s a 15 minute hold time so I’ll have to try back another time.

Help! I can’t get this to work. I click on Renew/Upgrade, but I don’t get redirected anywhere. It stays on the same screen. I’ve tried on my phone and on a desktop. What am I doing wrong??
