   first, to get this free item is a mess. the coupon won’t scan properly even if you buy $30 worth of makeup.
   the manager do not know which item will trigger it too.

   I’d already spent more than$30 of make up(Revlon and Almay)and the coupon only printed out from the red machine after 2 days whenI went back to CVS.Does it mean that I only need to show the cashier the coupon then I can get the Beauty bag for free?

   I was told by a store manager that it is only free if you buy $30 worth of products that are in the bag (those brands). I called customer service and they said the same thing…

   So if they are out of bags, there is nothing we can do, right? When I checked online for stores which still have the bags, there are none in my area (New Orleans). I also couldn’t get the coupon because the coupon machine at my store was broken 🙁 And the cashier did not know anything about the bags when I asked a week ago, and we looked at the ad together ,and she said “you have to buy those products that are included in the bag (which I know was not correct). 🙁

   My store also had a black and white striped bag – it’s been around for awhile- it’s much cuter… i haven’t tried to get it… i forgot PF was included and i just bought something the other day 🙁

   I really appreciate you going through the trouble of posting this deal, but most of the list you’re showing as included, are NOT participating products. The included products this wk are Ardell, Revlon, Loreal (Cosmetics & Skin Care), Covergirl, Yes To, NYX, Essie, Simple, Ponds, St Ives, AHC, Sun Bum, Dove Derma Face Cream and a few other items I don’t recall. I got this list from my cashier, who had to get the list from her DM. She said this promo has been confusing and it wasn’t until this past Mon that they figured out how to find the list of items.
   I got a survey, so I made sure to state my displeasure. That they should have made the items stand out in the ad (like with a bag icon) and have the items tagged in store that were included in the promo. They could have also tracked the deal, and once $30 was spent, then the coupon would print for the bag.

    Too confusing and haven’t been able to get this YET… all the girls that work at cvs we’re able to get $15 EB themselves WITH ANY MAKEUP which is equivalent to the $14.99 free bag???SMH not good to hear!
