   This is odd. My app is updated, I’ve tried everything in terms of clicking on links to play the game, and there is no game. When I click “play now” it doesn’t lead me to the game. Is this a regional thing perhaps?

  Hmm, could be. Maybe wait a bit and check back again. Sometimes the app is glitchy for me and I don’t always see the offers right away. Hope that helps!

   Just wondering how the app works (or doesn’t) for others… this is literally the worst app I’ve ever used. It never works as it’s supposed to for me! I can see deals while I’m at home, but as soon as I get near a McDonald’s, “oops, something went wrong” and I can no longer get deals to use. (I choose before I go and screenshot the qr code to use them, but it is inconvenient to say the least. No deals on spontaneous trips) Also, the tickets from the Toy Story 4 happy meals wouldn’t scan properly either. Each of my kids got one, and the first one said we won another happy meal, check my deal section to redeem, but it never showed up in my deals. The second one wouldn’t scan at all. Just frustrating, since my kids love mcd’s and I tend to use it as a reward for them.

  I don’t have any problems with mine but my husband can’t even get the app to open up on his phone so I do a screenshot of the deals and text them to his phone.
  Oh, I choose milkshake for my daily deal! 🙂

  Yes same here, I gave up along time ago . Plus I’ve added a deal to pick up and says local McDonald’s are not participating.

  I have problems with the app coupons, when I forget to switch over to cellular data. I have my phone set up to try and connect to free WiFi, which I think is the source of my problem. But, if I close the app and reopen, after switching to cellular data, everything works fine.

   Our McDonalds doesn’t like us using the app and will go out of their way to make it more expensive if we do use the app. They said it is not their app just like uber is not their app etc. There was a $1 coupon off a fish sandwich. They were on sale for 2/$5 but she charged me $9 for 2 because we had to pay full price and then get the dollar off. I don’t go to McDonalds or just don’t use the app anymore. What is the use at this McDonalds. Haven’t tried another McDonalds so we usually just go to Wendy’s or Sonic as they honor the app with no problems.
