If you contact customer service they will send you new wheels, lids, lid parts for free. It’s guaranteed and made it the USA. We had lost pieces in a move they replaced them for free…

I use mine to store ice melt. (We get a lot of snow in Nebraska! 😔) It works great keeping it dry so there’s no clumping.
