The Jasmine ones were not available at all when I ordered either- I was going to get those as one, but instead I got both of the toy story- they’ll ship when available

Thank you SO much!!!! I canceled our freetime unlimited last year. I decided to do the 3 month subscription since this is a great price but figured I wouldn’t be eligible for the headphones. I’m excited to say that as soon as I signed up I got the email with the headphones link AND the promo covered TWO PAIRS! Granted they are on back order but hey, we can wait! Both kiddos are going to be so excited! Love you Hip2save!!

I subscribed n July 8th and didn’t receive any email till now. I contacted Amazon and the customer service people are talking as if there was never a promotion. I was on chat for over 45mins and all they did was asking me several questions and finally I gave up saying I don’t care for headphones and that can’t waste anymore of my time. Amazon customer Service is getting ridiculous. End of rant!!!
