  There getting rid of winter apparel, in which they already got there market value I’m pretty sure. They are now focusing on summer apparel, in which is fairly expensive to buy now, but the demand is good for them at this point. They are offering you a favor, just stock your winter closet and say thanks….

   I love JCP but does anyone else get anxious and annoyed looking through the clearance? All the sizes mixed together and tons of racks of stuff. I only have the patience to look for about 5 minutes. It’s too frustrating for me lol

  Yes, absolutely! That is how I have slowly adapted to more online shopping, even though some of the cheapest deals, as far as clothes and shoes tend to be in store (Walmart $1 kids clearance lol).
  JC Penney brands however, do tend to hold up for me in the wash so sometimes it’s worth the search 😉

  Same here. To make matters worse they started this pink ticket, teal ticket stuff so you’re having to search for pink tickets. I would also find teal ticketed items that I would price check to find ringing extra 50% off as well. It’s very frustrating but I did find some great deals.

  I used two differnt $10 off of $10 coupons last time they had an additional 50% off clearance. I walked away with 3 pairs of pajamas, 5 shirts, 3 flashlights and a dress for less than $5.

  Good question. I don’t find clearance to be excluded, however it only applies to select items. You could always ask in store before shopping to be sure. Hope that helps!

    So glad I saw this! I got $200+ stuff for $28. Sandals and 3 shirts for me, 5 shirts for my son, including two nice dress shirts-thinking ahead for senior pics and Hoco! Then we got Bogo Auntie Anne’s pretzels. And found two tanks for $1 a piece at Walmart for my daughter.

    Make sure and use their app to scan everything. Even some of the blue tagged items were ringing up so much lower then what they were tagged at.
