   My kiddos begged for the big tub of these awhile back. We ended up so so sick after eating about a tenth of the container.
   **I never expected it to be all natural—but there is definitely something wrong with this product! Thanks Hip2Save for posting!

  Our teenage son can go through a whole bucket in a day. He did get a really bad stomach ache. We just assumed it was from over indulging in the snack. Now it makes us wonder:-\

  Y’all are misinterpreting the lawsuit. It was false advertising, not that there was something was specifically wrong with the products themselves (it’s a case of miscatagorizing certain ingredients as “all natural” and involves MULTIPLE products under two different brands, not just the cheese balls featured in the photo). I imagine that if anyone ate an entire tub of flourescent powder cheese balls, they would feel pretty bad – good lord, there’s 35 servings in one container!

   These are good but I can’t help but think about how “fake” they are every time I eat them. Potato chips are sliced from potatoes and tortilla chips are made from corn tortillas but these aren’t made from cheese slices!

   I don’t buy cheeseballs, but I bought from Utz. My first time buying from this brand was last Christmas. I got gluten-free pretzels to make a pie crust (family members with gluten intolerance). They ruined the pies I made. Absolutely horrible. I considered it to be inedible.

    No proof of purchase is required, but the settlement administrator has the right to request proof.

    From the claim form:

    The Settlement Administrator has the right to request verification of the purchase of Eligible Products, including, but not limited to, documentation demonstrating purchase of any or all of the Eligible Products purchased during the Class Period. If a Class Member does not timely onlineply with and/or is unable to timely produce documentation to substantiate and/or verify the information on the Claim Form, the Claim shall be disqualified.

    My daughter bought the pretzel snack packs and grandsons never wanted to eat them. I tried a pack once and they were terrible. No wonder they wouldn’t eat them. I threw out the whole box of snacks

    I love their crab seasoning chips.
    Their pretzels are nasty. I bought their cheeseballs once or twice. They were okay, but they were nowhere close to being as good as Planters Cheez Balls.

    I bought one tub recently, but I was fully aware that they weren’t all natural, so I don’t feel it’s necessary to file for a $2 refund.

    I just laughed so hard at this. A whole tub of fluorescent colored cheese balls….I am sorry but yea anyone would feel sick after that. My oldest son though has done similar I am certain. He is now in college and so hard core on fitness, it is a funny difference from his Sams Club entire package of kit kats days!!!
    This lawsuit is not about making anyone sick from the products, however.
    It did give me a great laugh and reminded me of teenage boys and their tendencies.
