  Hi there, if you redeem points to purchase you can’t accumulate points on that same transaction. If you go on their website the rules are there. Very long & that’s why I love this site. Everyone is so helpful. Also the limit of 5000 points Amber posted for us that they are planning on changing that rule back to the higher limit soon. They thought people would let their points expire, spend more money, etc. I am sure that is happening, but I am also sure there are plenty of people like us that are breaking up 10 orders & wasting man hours.

  Actually the only time you CANT use points and earn points is when it’s a spend x, get y points (eg spend $20, get 5000 points)…. BUT when it’s a buy x, get y points (eg buy 2 get 3000 points), you CAN use points and earn points

  Hi Jen! Here is the limit I found in the details – “Redemption limit of 5000 points per transaction – Purchase requirement must be met in a single transaction”. Hope that helps!
