I purchased these to use in a rental unit. They are vinyl (not real tiles). They are easy to install but look fake.

    Anyone use these?

    • Stephanie

We have them in 3 rooms in our little house. We love them, easy to install and like already said you can hardly tell they’re stickers unless you really try hard to look for it.

I’m not sure where my other post went, but the actual Smart Tiles website is having a flash sale this weekend with select styles only $0.99. That’s the best sale they have and is a massive money saver 😊

I put them in my kitchen. I have them over two years and they look great!

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

Thanks! That’s great to hear, Debbie!

I have this type of tile in my kitchen, and it looks pretty convincing unless you scrutinize very closely. I’m not sure what brand we used, but they are not all created equal. When we were deciding I did notice that some brands looked really cheesy and fake. We chose the more realistic looking variety, and I’m very pleased with it. All total we spent under $300 for the tiles (you need more than you think due to the way they need to be arranged), and I was able to do the project myself in a few hours.

We have had these in our kitchen for 2 years (waiting to plan a kitchen remodel and needed something in the mean time. They are vinyl and if you look close they look fake but at a glance they are great and it was a cheap and easy update.

The ones in the top picture are not the same thing. Those definitely need grout.
