O man I use to love those things when I was a teenager!! Bringing back some memories of long ago😁

    • Katie

I got mine a few weeks ago and same thing, they are hard to open.

  2. J.H.509

I’ve tried these before and they are really hard to open. Idk if it was just my pack but they were tuff.

  3. Krissy

Wow! How fun! My 8 year old daughter would love to try these….. for that matter maybe I’d give them a try for old-times sake too ;)!

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Too cute! Hope you both enjoy them if you spot them in your store!

  4. Ella

It’s funny how all this stuff we wore as kids are popular again. I never thought I’d see these back! My daughters might like to try them with their long hair.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

I know, right!? I’m sure curious what my daughter would think of these. LOL!

  5. Kandyce

Hilarious 😁my mom still wears these everyday!!

    • Lisa

      Lol mine too

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

That’s awesome, Kandyce! Thanks for sharing!

  6. Go Zags

I can’t believe these are making a onlineeback.

  7. Jen

😂 not sure I can do this to my girls!

    • Ktenny

Lol thinking same thing! Idk might as well go full bore and tight roll her jeans, throw on a “property of” shirt, and double up her socks 🤪 oh the 80s

  8. Mama mia

These ones are junk! Please save your dollar!

  9. Berrysaves

Make it stop! Haha jk I used to wear the heck out of these

  10. 50ShadesofLipstick

Fanny packs, Caboodles kits, and banana clips…so much nostalgia lol

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

I was just thinking the same thing! SO many items are back!

  11. paula

I actually got a pack of these at Target couple months ago. They are Goody brand and are good quality, not cheaply made like the onlinements on the ones from the dollar tree:)

  12. kaylee

The ones from the dollar store do not hold my thicker hair they break open leaving my hair in a mess.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Oh bummer! Sorry to hear that, Kaylee! Thanks for the honest onlinement! My hair is the opposite, usually too thin to hold any clips!

  13. Brianne

I bought some at target about six months ago for my curly hair, not a dollar, but there are two of them in a pack and they were really nice quality ones

  14. dre

I bought these at dollar tree and they don’t hold your hair very snug. It is very lose otherwise I would have bought more!

  15. Jay

    No thanks

  16. OregonLexy

Sorry not from the 80s but how do you even use these?

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hi there! These will open at one end, you can then pull up all of your hair in just one clip. It should rest secure against your head from top to bottom. Hope that helps!

  17. Denise

I will not wear banana clips. They make my hair look like a Mohawk lol

  18. teamdrakecoupons

Oh yes! I had a few of these!
