These blankets have never been actually priced at $49.99 in my store. $24 is their normal price ( if not lower). These are NOT great quality. They shed for a long time and develop holes in the fabric. Both my children got one for Christmas last year and I have not been impressed.

Oh bummer. That stinks about the quality of the blankets but we sure appreciate you taking the time to share your honest opinion, Stef81.

I actually got two of the pink ones for $14.99 each about a month before Christmas. My 10 year old wanted to redo her room she shares with her younger sister and this was the most cost effective route. Turned out great and they love them. So fluffy and soft!!!

That’s awesome, Dawn! So glad your kiddos are enjoying their blankets.

I got the gray one on Walmart. online in early December when it was on sale for $14.99 for my husband for Christmas. They are super soft and cozy, he loves it. It is going to be a preference thing but I did not think the quality was poor nor have we had any issues with shedding.

So happy your hubby loves his blanket, Trish! Thanks so much for sharing your feedback with us.

In my opinion, Costco has the BEST blankets ever! Quality and price, you just can’t beat it. They have very large, fuzzy, thick blankets and most of them are $15 and under!

Maybe (hopefully) they have improved the quality since mine were purchased! (2017) πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
