   Thanks for pointing out the day by which you have to cancel. The problem is: you don’t get the back until after the 10th so if you sign up, you will be getting two months of boxes. Even though they have not sent the second box, you cannot cancel before that box is sent since it will be after the 10th. They are also rude on the phone. I was not impressed with the box at all but I had to pay for two months. Others H2S posts about are better IMO–and I have tried and still use lots of boxes monthly.

  I have gotten Ispy, Playbox and now the Macy’s beauty box. I think that the Macy’s one is the best for me off all that I have tried. I like the variety of products, although I will say that the last 2 months have not been as good as they were when I first signed up. Also I have not figured out a way to use the coupon online. In store I have also had trouble with getting the cashiers/clerks to accept them. I have been getting the boxes for about 7 months and I have gotten 4 $10 coupons.

  Agreed! This box is not impressive to me either- the value is just not there. You can get the Sephora Play! box for just $10/month and it has the same amount of products. I see no point in paying $15 for just 5 deluxe samples, and then being stuck w/ a coupon that you can only use at Macy’s (which doesn’t carry a lot of brands that can be found at Sephora or Ulta). Pass.

   This month was especially disappointing to me. Eye gel patch, tiny primer sample, a perfume sample, 3 face cream sample in which one was a feather weight amount. Unless you count the primer, there were no makeup samples in this. It does contain $10 off coupon, but Macy’s no longer ships beauty products for free which is regrettable. How this info is of some help. 😊
