   Showed something about a free candle with the purchase of the bonsai that was posted when I clicked through on the post. But then when I click to pick a delivery date, it said that it wasn’t available in my zip code, so I couldn’t tell what the free candle was all about!

   Will someone please help me?! I have spent the last hour and a half trying to figure out where to put this shoprunner info at. I went ahead and signed up for the account, and went to the flower website but there is nowhere for me to sign in at shoprunner to get the free shipping. I’ve checked message boards everything. I’m at the “place order” part where shipping is $20. Does anyone know where I go to log in to shoprunner? I’ve never been more confused in my life 😩

   Same here. I am a member, yet constantly pay shipping, even going through the website.I’ve used different browsers, makes no difference.You also have to watch on some offers that say free shipping but go through 3rd parties who charge fees, taxes and delivery.

   I joined their Passport shipping this past year. For $19.99/year/ free shipping. So worth it because I order from all their sites (1-800-flowers, Cheryl’s, Popcorn Factory, Harry & David. Etc.

  I had to go on my desktop and do it I first signed on to shop runner and then went to Ebates and clicked on the one that said 50% off holiday flowers and clicked the one I wanted and shipping was free hth
