  It does only apply to items sold by Amazon.online. Make sure you aren’t choosing items sold by 3rd party sellers.

   I’m also confused… does this only apply to the 20 or so items that pop up when you click the link or to all fisher price items? It’s not very clear and it doesn’t seem to be working on anything I select…
