   Save your time and your sanity and pick these up in store or get them elsewhere. I ordered 3 last time a couple weeks ago and they all arrived poorly packaged (no bubble wrap or any type of padding) and all were shattered! 2 different boxes. The first box I opened I almost cut myself because I didn’t know the candle at the bottom of the box was broken and not wrapped! Took them back to the store today and after an hour and a half of waiting in line and dealing w them I still have broken candles. They do not have any of the scents I ordered in my store and couldn’t confirm any stores in other towns nearby had any. They couldn’t order me more online to do an exchange and if I had returned them I would be out the sale price I got them as well as all of my Kohl’s cash that I earned when it was $15 for spending $50 which is no longer going on. So I’m out candles, time and I would lose money! I’m so frustrated with Kohl’s and will never order candles online from them again. Be careful!!!

   Kohl’s online shows candles @ $19.99. Does not show BOGO. Is there a special code to get the offer?

  I did this deal in Saturday morning aND sent ito to hip2save…not sure why the delay. IT was a good deal…as we had kohl’s cash. (Btw…it’s Kelly…not Edward.)

   I ordered these week with the sale and was happy to receive all 4 in the mail intact with no breaks. (Last year when I ordered, I needed to return 2 of them due to cracks.) This year, 3 were shipped in one box with bubble wrap around each one, the other was shipped in it’s own box with 3 times the bubble wrap of the other 3. I guess it depend on who is packing them on the amount of bubble wrap or packaging used.

  I just received one of mine (yesterday laye afternoon) that was a replacement…in a bubble envelop in bubble wrap…not even a box!!!

   Two of my candles were broke but my kohls were able to do even exchange with a different candle scent same price value so it worked out . I also called customer service before I went and was afraid I was going to lose my
   Kohls cash so they gave me a 15 credit just in case so I scored extra 15 for the trouble! So maybe bad that they sent broken candles but customer service was understandable and so were the store associates saying it happens all the time and so friendly so not all experiences are bad and kohls is still one of my fav places to shop!
