  No. Your two year old should still have a harness. (My 5.5 year old is still harnessed). The Nautilus is a good option that lasts harnessed until 49 inches in height

  No, this car seat is not for a 2 year old. A two year old still need a 5 point harness.

  No, this is only a booster seat. A child should be at least 4-5 yrs old AND 40 pounds to use a booster. I think they do have a sale on a harness seat that converts later to a booster.
