My children (ages 8 & 9) want a video gaming device for Cmas. They currently have kindle fires. We hv never had a vg console bc the $ per game blows my mind! One wants a switch and the other a wii & I don’t know where to begin. I’d love to hear any advice/reonlinemendations!

My 5 year old plays on an xbox. we’ve owned the switch and wii and they lost interest. all of the fun kid games on wii are pretty much available on the xbox. plus with xbox if you have multiple in the house, you can link them and buy 1 digital game and both can play it.

We have Xbox and games for 13 and under aren’t really good on that system. Age wise I’d not reonlinemend xbox. We are considering the nintendo switch as games are more for kids and have more variety. I would look at what games u are ok with ur kids playing and then choosing a gaming platform as I don’t feel Xbox is for youngsters

The Xbox is better because you can buy the games online and you can watch Blu-rays on it and use Hulu, Netflix and you tube. The switch doesn’t have that many games. My kids hardly use it.
