   Just a heads up last week when they had the 60% off I ordered the Unisex Adult Matching Family Long Sleeve Hooded Fairisle onsie and it was canceled but is still showing in stock online. I ordered the same sets for my kids and those weren’t canceled though. I really wanted a matching set for me too so we could all match.

  The same thing happened to me. I called them and told them that even though they canceled it, it was now in stock, but that I had paid a bit less. They gave me 100 points to equal a $5 reward so I could order again.

  Great question! It appears they can! Here is what I found in the details on Returns – “ONLINE PURCHASES (including online exclusives) Can be returned by mail or to a retail or outlet location”. Hope that helps!
