I’ve seen these types of cookies at all grocery stores I’ve ever shopped at. So maybe not the Elf ones but def this type of product

I have the exact same problem. IP’s never scan. I go to Target and never have issues.

My Walmart has the Fall ghost and pumpkin ones marked down to .25 and when I went to pick up the elf ones they are also marked down to .25
