   The free shipping code is not working for me. Seems like others are having this same problem. Any ideas why?? It seems like they are only offering it to certain card holders.

  I called customer service and is is a glitch in the code. The code is supposed to work nation wide, but has an error. They are working to fix it, but until then if you have an order to place you should contact Customer Service via live chat or phone and they will adjust your order for free shipping – provided you have spent $75 or have a Kohls credit card.

   I think the website is having problems. It isn’t letting me add the 30% off code so I tried to log out and log back in and now I can’t even log in.

   Thanks for the codes!! My son is in desperate need of new shoes, he had a growth spurt over the summer so right now we have one pair of shoes that are really hard to get on and off.

   It doesn’t appear to be regional. Simply use the live chat service and ask about it. They asked me for the error message and then waved the shipping fee after i placed the order. you can access it from the checkout. Before you submit order, at the top right is “Questions?” if you are using a browser. Click any topic and then live chat link is at the bottom of the article. They are always very helpful and quick for me.

   I had the same issue with the shipping and contacted Kohls and they waived the shipping fee for me. I sure hope this is a new thing for Kohls. For those of us in rural areas, free shipping is the way we shop online!
