   I just text stop and then save07 but got the same code as before and when applied to cart says already redeemed.

   When I send the SAVE07 message, I am getting “sorry, this service is not available”. Is this region specific? I am in California.

   Other issue: the product page as well as my home page shows that $5 kohls cash for every $25. But when I add it to cart, it shows $20 away from the next $5 kohls cash. It seems I need to add $50 worth of items to get $5 kohls cash. I don’t have any other item in the cart. Just this one. 🙁

  Ank- that is referring to what you would need to get an additional $5 KC. Once you’ve met the threshold for KC it will show as earned all the way at the bottom of the cart near the order total.

  I usually get it after I make a purchase whether it’s online or in store. You should try calling customer service and have your order number ready.

   I purchased 3 of these last time you posted. I initially purchased one for my guest room and after I tested it out I purchased one for my bed. I have chronic pain and usually up throughout the night, The first night I used it I slept 10 hours without interruption. I then bought one for my aunt who has back pain and sciatica. I have been telling everyone that has back issues to give one a try. I will be sharing this information with them so they can also save . Thanks so much!
