  are you sure you already had the old app installed with an account that you were using before downloading the new one? maybe it was treating your app download as a first-time app account setup. sorry if this doesn’t help you.
  i was a previous app user, and migrated the account over yesterday with the code they emailed me, and immediately had the free pizza coupon in the new version of the app.

  Yes, I’m sure I had the old app installed with an account before I downloaded the new one. Maybethey are only giving out free drinks in my area (central coast, CA)??

   Thanks! When I went to open the app, it prompted me to update, and after going through the process, there was a reward for a free pizza with drink purchase.

   This is great, thanks for the heads up! Also – you have to click the option for upgrade/update flames. When I chose the other option, to just login, it didn’t work. You’ll have to set a new password and enter a migration code that will be emailed to you. After that, success!!! 🙂

   I am in So Fla and did everything Karen said including a new pw but I never received a migration code. I had the old app and it did update but I only received a drink.

    For everyone thinking they might have only received a free drink offer, scroll down and look for a different offer under limited time offers. That’s where I found my free pizza offer 😊 I hope yours was just hiding like mine.
