How do Bonus Rewards work?

Bonus Rewards are different than normal rewards. Your Bonus Rewards certificate will be available in your online account within 5 weeks. Simply log in or create your account at OfficeDepot.online/rewardsand click on “View My Rewards Certificates” to view and print your unexpired reward certificates. You can also access your rewards certificates on your smartphone after creating an online account.

Reward certificates can be redeemed at any Office Depot or OfficeMax store, online or by phone at 1.800.463.3768. For online purchases, your unexpired certificates are available at checkout.

    I was Wondering where this was advertised. I checked the weekly ad and could not find it. I am a rewards member and often will get their batteries. Their coffee is a great deal also at 80 pods for $25. That would be a good item to purchase with the five dollars off.

    I know if you pay with rewards you will not earn rewards. If you pay with a gift card will you earn rewards?

      Hi Jodi! I just asked customer service, via their online chat feature and this is their response: “If you used any gift card or rewards certificate then you will not get rewards”. Hope that helps!

    Is this definitely a deal this week? I don’t see it listed in the ad, and I went in the store and looked at all of those items but there was no indication at the store that we would get rewards back on those items. So I was afraid to buy any of them since I didn’t know for sure.

    I did buy on Sunday and no rewards as of yet! They always hit my acct by the next morning. Where was this listed? I also looked at their ad when I went to pickup and nothing was in there.

    Just talked to customer service and the ihome cords do NOT qualify for rewards. I can’t find anything on their site saying they do. Nothing in the ad.
