Has anyone done this successfully? I tried it yesterday and when I went to pick it up, there was a 11×14 picture board and a stick-on easel back. I asked about the wood hanger, and they had NO idea what I was talking about! They looked around, and consulted with other stores nearby with no luck. I wasn’t thrilled with the actual print (it was dark and muddy looking), so I just told them to call me if they found out about the wood hanger, and I’d try it again. I got a call later, offering some other discount codes and apologizing that they could not honor my original order.
