   I’m new to using Ibotta. I’ve noticed that sometimes the offers are noted on this page, I buy the items that day but they are removed from Ibotta before I can submit. I’m guessing I need to make them “my offers” before I buy? Or will they disappear from there, too? Its not expired offers I’m referring to — they are ones within the expiration date requirement, but gone from Ibotta.

  Hi there! Yes, you should add them to your account early if you can. Offers do sometimes expire early if they are very popular. You can contact ibotta for help if you find it’s gone after having already added it to your account and purchased the item.

  They are removed even when you add them to your account. They can disappear at any time. Make sure the item is still in your available items at the store and redeem as soon as you check out. HTH
