  Hi there! Shipping should be automatically deducted in checkout. I do see a shipping charge in my cart but there is a shipping deduction for the same amount right underneath. Are you on a mobile site by any chance? If so, try hopping on a desktop or laptop. Hope that helps!

  How strange. Maybe try again in a different browser. I find the shipping deducted in my order summary when using the Chrome browser. Hoping that helps!

  Oh bummer! I’m still grabbing the Free Shipping at checkout. I do find that there is a shipping charge listed, however my order summary also shows that same amount to be deducted. Hoping that helps!

  Tried various ways and still charged shipping. I wanted to buy one backpack so not up to the $89 for free shipping. I guess shipping isn’t free. 🙁

   Hip2Save people, tell your patrons that shipping is free when they click on the 2 day shipping option. It shows $19.99 but there is a $0.00 next to it. When you click on details it explains for a limited time it’s free

  THANK YOU! My goodness. I was so bummed when the shipping wasn’t free, and it should have been so obvious – just as you say, the 2-day shipping option was the one that was free (not the default economy shipping option). My little girl is going to love this cute bag!
