is the washer one of these crappy HE type that hardly uses water to attempt to wash your clothes? I’m using my roommate’s and ABSOLUTELY HATE IT!!! First it doesn’t get enough water in there to mix the clothes good enough. I’ve noticed my whites turning color due to lack of. then my clothes retain stains my previous washer got out too!!! These gov. forced into the public things are useless!!

Buy a residential Speed Queen then or get a good used older style model. I’ve actually done a lot of repairs on my old washer and current dryer and most things aren’t that difficult especially with the help of youtube and other videos. Or, you can always trick the roommate’s washer by loading the clothes then taking a bucket of water and pouring in slowly to wet the clothes and then add soap and wash. “They” say this weighs the clothes down so that the machine thinks it is a larger load and more water will be added. Good luck.

Looks like the same washer I’ve had for a few months, since last yr actually. Yes it’s HE. I haven’t had any issues with it not filing enough. I put it on ‘deep fill’ so it’ll fill the drum instead of “sensing” the weight of the load. I always wash full loads so I rarely use the ‘sensing’ option. Happy with my purchase.

I agree Craig, I have used several he washers the clothes don’t smell good and many times clothes onlinee out with new holes,, threads pulled out and whites aren’t white unless you use bleach. I bought used old school and have no problems at all. By the way we had a LG top load 3years a bearing went out could not get except an assembly,, scrapped it instead.
