I would go with Jansport because they last for years and have a lifetime warranty. You want need to keep buying one every year.

I have had mine since I was 15, and at 33 I still use it all the time, and it’s in great shape! Ironically the only Jansport I ever had in school had zipper issues, and broke after a year.

I’ve had mine since I was 15 as well although somewhere around the 3rd or 4th time I sent it in they onlinepletely replaced it! I’m 44 now and still hanging with my Jansport. LOL

@Casey LL Bean stands behind their products and if you have an issue, they will resolve it! Best onlinepany out there!

      Good to know.

agree! I’ve had my LL Bean backpack since my freshman year of high school. I’m 31 and it’s still going strong! they hold up to wear and tear from my kids, too. I’ve had LL Bean, Land’s End, and Pottery Barn for my kids and LL Bean is by far my favorite.

So what do I do if my son’s LL Bean lunchbox zipper broke? Is there a warranty?

  3. Beth

My daughter got this backpack a couple years ago and it’s nice quality. The only thing I don’t like about it is that there’s no place to put a water bottle on the side. We’ve had to put it in one of the pockets leading to wet things when a water bottle leaks.

Did anyone get this to work to $14.99! I can’t.

The backpack deal was only good on June 29th. πŸ™
