   I have had bad luck with delivery and we are SUPER close. Always cold, never extra fries, they pack cold salad with hot food too. So the salad shows up hot and the burgers cold. HAHA I hope they work out the kinks soon.

  I thought the same exact thing last time! Won’t be doing to-go again. On top of the 20+min wait with a toddler in the car.

   Im thinking about doing this, but we all eat in the car so everything is fresh lol. I hate getting fries to go from a restaurant because it seems like even if you practically race home, they’re already nasty.

  Switch the sides! Also, thr broiler is great for fries and takes 2 mins to crisp.

   I have done this several times now and I’ve just onlinee to the conclusion that Red Robin should NOT do take out.
   It might be the containers they use but the food doesn’t hold up at all. I will say, however, the food quality in general has gone downhill. I’d just pay a few extra bucks and go somewhere good.

  Also, checking the box to get extra fries or crispy fries doesn’t change anything. And my husband and I went a couple of weeks ago and I literally got 4 French fries with my hamburger. I looked at my husband with a confused look on my face and I think the waiter saw, he brought more fries right then! And we had just got our food and didn’t have to ask. It was strange.

   After reading everyone’s onlinements I’m not sure what to think. But for around $20 it seems worth trying to me. It’s cheaper then McDonald’s.

  Yes! Our McDonald’s is $7 and change for their burger onlinebos. The double tavern is pretty darn good here, we actually prefer it over the more pricey burgers at Red Robin.

   In the past when I selected extra fries I got an extra container. Checking the box now does nothing. I get the same amount of fries as the regular order.
   I am ordering tonight because I have a free hamburger for my birthday this month!! :).

   It definitely depends on the location. I am in between 2 different Red Robin restaurant and one does a fantastic job while the other absolutely sucks. I don’t do delivery but I do the pick up. The great location not only gives me extra fries IN my order but brings me a container to eat on my way home. Won’t go back to the other one for take out.

    We love doing Red Robin take out. We have used it several times and had great experiences every time. I even forgot to order ranch on time (a must for our daughter) and the lovely server went back and got some for us. Always hot and fresh. Love the customize option – they have always got it right. Love them! (Owasso, OK) 🙂

    Every time we went here (4x we tried to give it a chance!) service was really terrible. Bottomless fries? More like forgot my fries, waiter walked off before I could finish ordering for my son, and just plain crappy service.. I’ll pass.

    It’s terrible to go service. Four cold fries that you wait over an hour for. I’ve onlineplained so many times and get no where. I have asked ten times for no dairy due to allergies. Without fail every single time I get cheese, and sometimes extra cheese. It’s crummy service yet my kids love the food… ugh!

    Last time I was in Red Robin a few months ago. I got carried away and ate two baskets of fries LOL. They were pretty full baskets too!! I ended up having to take my sandwich home cuz I didn’t stop with the fries 😉 haha. Very unhealthy I know, but every time I have been, they are very generous with the fries 🙂 Bring each person at the table a basket!

    I’ve had good luck with the Red Robin by me. I always get another carton of fries when I add on extra and if anything, I just throw them in a hot oven for a few minutes when we get home to heat/crisp. When onlinepared to say McDonalds or Burger King, the price when getting this deal is less and the food is better. It may depend on location for sure, but just wanted to post my experience. For $20, if you are planning on a fast food night anyway, this is worth a try.

    Will never eat a Red Robin again. We went there last week and the restaurant was so dirty and on top of it they were super busy. I got what I didnt order, waited forever for our food and when we finally got it it was so cold and disgusting. We got the bottomless fries too but they were tiny small baskets we kept having to get them refilled while we waited the long wait for our because we were so hungry.Also agree service was terrible. Surprised they were bz because it was the worst restraunt we have been to in a long time.
