Love this trash can! Dollar Store batteries have lasted several months of frequent use and it’s so much more sanitary with 3 little kids.

Got one last time and we have loved it! I just ordered a second one for our recyclables. This has made it so I can take my trash out of the pantry and my dog can’t get in it. You can’t beat the price either!

    We lost the ring that goes around the trash bag, how can we get another one? Or will I have to buy a whole new trash can?

      We use ours without a ring and it is fine. The cover holds the bag in place just as well. It really grossed me out that the ring was in the “trash” per say so I tried without it and since it worked I tossed that nasty thing!

        The trash bag goes over and around the ring, so the ring would never onlinee into contact with trash. If you don’t use it, won’t you be able to see the white trash bag? I love that the trash bag isn’t visible at all with this design.

    Can a dog open this? We have a top on our trash can but it slides open and he’s able to use his nose to flip it up and eat the trash.
