I was able to grab them 99cents for a 10 or 12 pack at Walgreens right before school started this past year. I’m not sure if they will do that again, but I stocked up. It is possible!

Target is now telling me this is shipped with a 25 dollar purchase. Whatttt. I have never had that happen
