Can you get both the $7.11 and $15 credits if you load $60 or more at 7-11?

    • Angela (Super Saver Sidekick)

Hi there Lauren! The $7.11 and $15 credits both are first time users only, so it seems that you can only do one of them.

  2. Kuyuke

Neat. Never heard of this. Do you happen to know if it needs to be cash, or can you pay with a debit it credit card?

    • Erica

I know for CVS it MUST be cash. No exceptions.

      • Kuyuke

Thanks for letting me know, Erica!

      • grace

My CVS took my credit card to load the Amazon cash.

        • Erica

Then it may vary by store. My store has serious issues with scammers.

  3. J

Any one know if you have to pay cash (ie could I pay with credit card)?

  4. Helen

It says on the Amazon website cash.

  5. cynthia

I just called amazon and she said YES you can use credit cards to pay at the listed stores????

    • Kuyuke

      Thanks Cynthia!

  6. Kelly

I used a credit card during the last promotion. I paid at the register and the credit showed in my Amazon account before I was out the door.

    • Kuyuke

      Thanks so much Kelly!

  7. Kimberly

I couldn’t figure out what the point of ‘Amazon Cash’ was, but I looked into it and it is aimed at people who don’t use credit cards etc, but only use cash. This way they can use cash to buy things on Amazon. Pretty cool.

    • Jim

Thanks. Saved me the effort of looking it up.

  8. Myrah

I tried doing this at CVS a while ago. The cashier and manager had no clue what to do. They tried scanning the barcode on my phone and the register just couldn’t do it.

    • Marie

Same here. I tried the last time this was posted and two different people didn’t even know what I was talking about. I was informing them what it was about and they had never even heard of it lbs.

    • sherry

Just have them scan your barcode and it will ring up on the cash register

  9. Melanie

If I use a CVS gift card or extracare bucks to purchase, will it still work?

    • Erica

No you must use cash. The register won’t accept GC or ECB for these types of transactions

  10. Belle

Whoa. I didn’t even know Amazon Cash was a thing!

  11. Brittany

Is this the best offer for first time users?

  12. sherry

I went to GameStop today and the clerk did not know anything about the promotion. If that happens to you just have them scan the barcode and if it onlinees up it is valid in the store. I had the clerk scan the barcode and gave her my American Express and I received the amount plus the $15 on my gift card receipt in Amazon credit

    • Kuyuke

      Sweet! Thanks for sharing!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Oh awesome! Thanks for sharing your experience Sherry!

  13. daisyrios

Not understanding the concept. Do I pay with the barcode? Does it take the money from my amazon account or do I have to pay cash? If I pay cash, is this just like a rewards program. Idk? Please explain. I went to the Q&A on the amazon website but still don’t understand. Sorry. TIA

    • Lacey

This is how I’m understanding it you just go to a participating store show the barcode and give them however much cash you would like to be put in your Amazon account then you can spend that same amount on Amazon it’s like depositing money in the bank but you are depositing money into your amazon account

  14. Kate Robare

Think of it like a prepay for ur Amazon accnt. Such as if you don’t use cc’s or banks (as more and more ppl are doin) or even for kids to buy things. This is great because my kids do have a way to put $$ In our Amazon to buy things w/o ke having to deposit it in my bank then buy it. (I’m an evil mommy that doesn’t allow paybacks or buying 4 them so they dont spend all their hard earned cash.

  15. Mouni

I did this and got the email saying I had received a bonus but I just purchase something on Amazon and my bonus is not showing anywhere nor do I see it in my payment options. So where do I find it?

  16. mabfab

I went to CVS and pay cash $60 the $60 shows up under gift card so look there for it. However I don’t know where to find the $15 bonus. Someone mentioned it onlinees in an email I will check the email right now thank you to that person

    • mabfab

Go to your Amazon account and go to where it says gift card. I don’t know if this is under account settings are your profile settings I don’t remember but that is where I found the $60 that I had given to Cvs. By the way after searching in my messages I did see the $15 bonus so thank you again to whoever posted that info. Hip to sabers are awesome

  17. Dkp91576

I ended up getting both 7.11 and 15 back. I am pretty darn happy. Since you can only use the money on Amazon sold items I bought a fire stick for my Xmas gift box. The 7.11 came as a promo code but the 15 was loaded to my account and you only see it when you are about to check out.
