   The last couple of times that CVS has offered an instant coupon from the Magic Coupon Machine, that I have used with a manufacturers coupon, the amount deducted from the Magic Coupon Machine coupon is lowered. Not sure why…

  The same thing happened to me twice. When I use the $2.50 off instant coupon it got lowered to $2.05. I don’t think it is right that they are doing that. I emailed them and they didn’t care.

   Yes, the crt for garnier facial care $3 off 2, reduced to $2 for me. The funny thing the receipt showed $3, but it only subtracted $2. The cashier was not understanding, and told me to call the customer service. She said they can’t manually change anything anymore, even though it is a cvs store coupon. Coupon in is not fun anymore, i was getting anxious.

  that was a glitch. I have read that anyone that got the $3/2, the system is taking $2 off instead. Call CS. Whoever is programming the offers are doing a terrible job. Last wk, I had 20 offers in my acct Sun morning. By time I got to the store that afternoon, only 12 printed. I lost 8 offers, which were really good ones too. I called CS, they could see the offers on their end, and weren’t sure why they just disappeared. The rep sent me a $20 courtesy eb, which I thought was very generous, to make up for the lost offers!

   I have had the strangest experiences lately at one of my CVS stores. Things are not ringing up shelf price, coupons are scanning then disappearing, some coupons not scanning, etc. It is frustrating when I’ve done my leg work then the total onlinees up much higher. They’ve been amazing when I question it but things sometimes workout and sometimes not. ANyway, I’ve had to have many things corrected. The funny thing is they are like, oh ok, well that coupon didn’t work, so I’ll just give you a $10 ecb, etc. I think things work out in the end but I don’t want to be cheating anyone either. guess my concern is they are rounding up the ECB’s when there is a mistake and sometimes giving me ones for the trouble. I certainly want my bill to onlinee out correct and be onlinepensated for the difference of problems but they do it so freely. I wonder what the business plan is?

   I believe Checkout 51 offer for Colgate Optic White TP is for Walmart only.
