   I got these for both of my children for Christmas. They worked great at first and now neither work. One was for a 5 year old boy, so I wasn’t surprised when his stopped working, since he’s rough with everything. But my 8 year old (going on 40) daughter’s quit working a couple weeks later. We got maybe 2 months of use from them.

  The customer service is great if they no longer work reach out to them and they will send you a new pair. My son’s only had sound on one side and they sent a new one out right away!

   I got two pairs for christmas for my twins and they put them through the ringer for sure. They are still going strong and working with no issues. Great product and you can plug them into one another, so that two people can listen to the same device .
