Walgreens in Mahwah NJ had the tights, socks, leggings for 90% off. I got a basket full at 30 to 47 cents each. I am fully stocked up!

My walgreens had 90% off winter accessories! Boots, hats, slippers all for $1. Gloves for .30. Leggings for .50!
