    Be aware that even if you use a promo code Redbox may charge your bank account anyway. And there customer service is mediocre. I wont be using Redbox anymore because of this.

    I have found that if you reserve your title online and use the code at checkout – its more reliable than going to the box and using it. 🙂 It’s also easier too because you just swipe your card at the box you reserved it at and you’re good to go. No need to flip through titles while holding the red curtain up and a line is behind you!

    Got this deal, thank u! The last time this deal was offered a few other readers were very helpful in explaining to me what time DVD’s are due back (by 9:00pm). Could someone now pls tell me what is the best time to rent? After 9pm (i.e. pickup at 10:00pm) so that it’s due the next day at 9:00pm, or pickup at 8:00am so that it’s not due that night by 9:00pm but the NEXT day by 9:00pm? Also does Redbox go by when u reserve your game or movie or by when u pick it up?
